I just got sick of seeing hot chicks and being jelous. I am sick of looking the way I do.

Okay, the deadline is Halloween, the goal is purely physical. I need visable definition in my arms, a tighter belly and a little lift in my arse. I eat clean, so no worries there. I can cut out the drinking on the weekends.
Cardio - 30 minutes on the eliptical where I do something along...

Good luck on the goal the main thing to remember consistency you have to have consistency. Also ditch the scale and just take measurements and photos they show more. :-)
