I just decided it was time to get in shape, and life a healthy lifestyle.
Why I Love It:
Because I feel energetic, you can't transpose in words what you feel after a good workout. To learn about nutrition, health, your body, and new exercises is empowering, and enlightening.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by being focused on my goals, and noticing the changes in my body, stamina, etc.
I want to gain some muscle and lose some more fat.
Goal (Long):
I'm to get more lean, lose some more fat on my stomach so i can have that nice 12 pack, I'm going to gain muscle, stay focused, and live a healthier lifestyle.
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 10 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
10%
