My body was all shitty. Definitely something I did not want to be. Then I found bb.com. This is the most life changing place for me as it has even destined me to pursue a career in nutrition and kinesiology.
Why I Love It:
I love getting bigger and stronger. I love accomplishing new goals. I love the science and knowledge behind it. I love being able to help other people achiever their goals. I love bodybuilding.com forums. I love bodybuilding.
How I Stay Motivated:
I have not plateaued; there is no plateau. I also am an extremely intense person and I always hype my self up and I further enhance this effect with my music.
BB Accomplishments:
I made a huge transformation from 140 - 171.4 lbs and then cut to 156.6 lbs. This is a must see transformation:

dexteriumchanged Weight from 180 lbs. to 169 lbs., a 11 lb. loss in 9 days
I want to get to approx 200 lbs while maintaining a body fat that will reveal my abs. As far as strength gains go, I would like to be able to bench 300, squat 400, deadlift 450-500. Then we will go from there. Furthermore, I would like to be a nutritionist and kinesiologist and work with professional athletes to achieve their maximal athletic output.

Yo good luck with your goals man...you can def achieve 'em if you work hard! Which by the looks of it you have no problem with haha! I noticed that you want to up your bench...if you check out the bench exercise on my bodyspace under the workout program thing...use that to put your bench up mad fast dude! I put my bench from 125 to 270 in about 4 to 6 months. I hope it helps you! Later man!

i am laughing really hard at your pictures. not really at you, but at how much your body can change. its amazing what alot of ppl do here. i will be cutting soon. we will see how that goes. good luck
