Lifting weights in my basement (South Suburbs of Chicago) at 14 years old, way too much weight and zero nutrition knowledge.

It instills the discipline needed to resist temptation in all areas of life on this earth.

Main Goal:
Transform My Body
Goal (Overall):
To get down to 10% bodyfat and 210 lbs. Want my abs to show off my hard work.
Goal (Long):
I have worked out 27 of my 41 years. I have adopted 5 children recently (all at once), to make the total to date 7 children. Easier to eat junk than to make the effort so far. Tired of my wife having to walk on egg shells about my "belly issues". I am going to make it simple this time, eat only clean foods ALL THE TIME. ChickenTuna is an inspiration to me! I know that I can overcome my eating issues and achieve my goal of 210 lbs and 10% bodyfat!

Your goal pretty much mirrors my husband's goal, he is currently 6 ft and 220 lbs. Your physiques are also very similar. Very nice I might add. Nice to meet you. :)
