Hey! I ended up taking almost 2 months off when I got back. I was only planning on taking 2 weeks off, but I screwed up my right arm and damaged all the nerves in my right bicept and forearm. I finally have it back to normal as of about a week ago so I'm back at it and trying to get back up to speed. I lost some size and strength, but I think coming off this and building back up I will be able to gain even more muscle as they have to adapt again and start fresh. How about you?

Yeah, I've gotta keep my legs light and have endurance and speed for the running I have to do. If I bulk them it would screw me over.

Thank you so much for the compliments man! How much more are you trying to pack on? You're looking pretty stacked right now. Good luck and stay safe on that oil rig.

It really sucks that you won't be there anymore when we get back. I'm going to miss all the fun times hanging out together. We definitely need to stay in touch and when you get back eventually, if you're ever anywhere close, even Camp Lejune, we'll have to hang out.

Hey man! It's good to hear from you again! How much longer do you have before you have to move to Japan? I'm glad for you that you got off when you did. We got screwed over like a red headed step child! At least we're on our way home.

I guess it's kind of like what you do in that depending on how severe the situation is, people can die quickly if the information isn't understood or given correctly so I can tell the guys what to do to fix the problem or stop it from getting worse, like a fuel fire, boiler explosion, etc.

Hahaha, that's pretty nasty about the mouth full of chew deal, but I know exactly what you're talking about. Sometimes when I stand watch down in the engineering plat it's like that. We have a casualty or something and people start yelling with their mouth in the mic and you can't understand a word.

I bet it's an adrenaline rush at times! I can only imagine some of the crazy calls you get! I'm sure you've got ton's of crazy stories on that end! I don't know how you work both jobs though. I work a lot of long days, but if I had to go from one job to the next, I don't think I'd be as motivated.

When I was asking you to look at that workout I made for my friend, I have her lifting 5 days a week right now. After looking at what you and Chickentuna do, I'm going to emulate that for her workout. I think what I gave her might be a bit too much lifting and not enough cardio. I guess I'll know when I see her again soon.

You're welcome girl! You deserve it for all that hard work! Things are going pretty good. I think it will be a lot better after I get back from deployment and take a week off. I can't do that now or I'll go insane. It's the only way I can clear my head and stay positive at times.

Thank you soooo much and you are welcome. I can't really see myself doing another job, it just wouldn't be as fun for me. Right back at you though...you're hard work shows. You have an amazing body. Keep up the great work! Police dispatch? How do you like that job? Is it fun?

Thank you sooo much for the compliment! I have been on a plateau for a while and starting to get demotivated, but hearing things like keep me pressing on. Awesome job on your victories! Awesome job at keeping amazing feminine beauty and physique while building and competing. Keep up the great work. TTYL

Hey girl! Thanks for the advice the other day. I will probably change up her workout again when I get home in less than a month. She's been sticking to it but has been doing the same routine I gave her for the past 5 months. I might tone down the lifting workouts for her and add in more cardio. Thanks again.

Thanks for serving and keep up the great work! The more senior you get the more important it is to be a leader by example. Stay safe and keep kickin' ass in the weightroom!

Congrats on E8!!! Yeah, it's pretty much a rarity to have people in the wardroom who realize that physical presence is huge in a leadership position. Thanks again for the DVD's. As soon as we get back from deployment I'll send you some command related stuff. Keep up the great work man!

Yeah, it's pretty sweet. It brings a lot of fire power to the fight. Good job on your build so far man! You'll hit your goal before too long. You might need to pack on a little fat to help build that much and then cut it back down when you reach your goal. I started out at 165 lbs my freshman year of college and was over 200 lbs by the middle of my sophomore year. Good luck!
