How I Started:
I joined the powerlifting team at USNA my freshman year of college.
Why I Love It:
It is not only my hobby, but also allows me to clear my mind from stress as well as talking trash and having fun with my lifting partners. It's not just a phase, it's a way of life.
How I Stay Motivated:
Without a good lifting partner you can never reach your true potential. Through the years I have had several come and go due to change of duty stations, but the good ones have always pushed me to my potential.
BB Accomplishments:
PL not BB, but...my senior year at the Academy I was weinging in at 230lbs at 3.5%-4% body fat and cutting to the 198lb weight class. At the time I was maxing 565lbs on the bench.
You can either live life dying, or you can die living life. I prefer the latter.
Goal (Long):
I want to gain another 20 lbs of lean musle to tone out at a solid 245. It's kicking my ass! I've got the strength but can't seem to pack on the mass...
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 20 lb

How's life treating you my seaworthy comrade? If you don't mind I would like to get a copy of your workout! It's really inspiring having a friend this built yet elite.
How are things going for you? I had a great workout tonight myself and just thought I'd brag a little. My arms pumped up to their largest size ever so I hope to be able to compete with you over who has the biggest arms soon as I only have about 3 or 4 inches to go (lol)! I hope all is going well with you - drop me a line when you get a chance.
