Today, I didn't burn as much calories as I usually do burn. Not sure why it's a lower number. I worked just as hard as usual. My HRM, Polar F11, calculates a hr zone at the beginning of my work outs. (during warm up) So maybe it has something to do with that.
Sounds like you had a great holiday! My son came home and just wanted his favorite foods..I roasted a chicken, mashed potatoes, baked beans, cottage cheese and biscuits! He was a happy camper! LOL Hope you have a great week!!
Ice cream is one of the few sweet things I don't crave... probably because I'm lactose intolerant, lol. Actually, I'm not that big on doughnuts or cake either. But butter mint candies are my weakness! :-)

Thx for the encouragement Don, esp from a fellow old guy. I've been reticent about working the obliques, since I have a short torso & very wide obliques. Hence, a wide waist. I started working'em a couple mths ago on a dare to give it a shot. Still not convinced it's helping get a more "trim" waist. How's the shoulder holding up?
Hi Don. Things have been good and getting better. Still dealing with the injury, bt pushing through it. We are doing the P90X, but we have added other workouts in. Your looking great in your progress pics. How did you hurt your shoulder? Glad to hear your back at it. How do you like Texas? We are thinking of moving there. Glad to hear from you- JT
