When I Started:
How I Started:
Started about 8 to 10 years ago in the gym. Just recently purchased the in home work out P90X. I've always seen the infomercials over the years. I finally gave in and made the purchase. I'm glad I did.
Why I Love It:
It used to be how heavy I felt after lifting. But now, it's how much sweat I end up with afterwards. A good sweat = a good work out.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing the people on this site. The transformations that have been made. Sometimes it hard to get motivated when sitting at a desk for 8 hrs a day.

I am doing the P90X program. My cardio plan is, day 2 plyometrics, day 4 cardioX, and day 6 kenpo karate. The cardiox is a mix of different cardio routines in P90X. Some yoga, plyo, core, and karate. I was doing plyometrics Tuesday evening. And in one movement I need to clasp my hands behind my head. Last week I was unable to do this move. I CAN NOW!!! On monday my PT stretched my shoulder in a different way. It was very painful. But I did notice a little more range of motion. So when it...
