I want to gain 10 pounds of muscle by July and firm up my abs.
Goal (Long):
My long term goal is to have a two inch gain on arms, legs and chest. Two years ago I was quite pudgy. I went from my heaviest of 246 down to 191. Bodyfat went from 25 to 10%. I would like to get it to about 8 or 7 for the summer time.
I have been trying to gain some lean muscle weight for about 6 weeks now. But, I still weigh about the same. The only number I reach is 225 g of Protein a day and no gain. I am getting stronger ,but I don't see the difference. I am supposed to start shredding in June. Since I didn't...

thank you, so do you. i dont know what my bf is now. last time i had it tested was in Nov and it was 11.5 then.. i think it has gone up since then though.
