Background

When I Started: Jul 2009
HOW I STARTED:

Started out by doing pull ups and then gradually added on other exercises such as push ups, squats, crunches and etc. Had a break in between and then continued on in March 2011

WHY I LOVE IT:

Due to the satisfaction you get after you see changes. Especially when you look back to where you were a year ago and comparing that to your present self.

Success!

Posted in Working Out  :  Jan 15, 2012 6:46am

It's 2012, the final year of our lives or so everyone claims to believe so.

In fact this year has started off great with me appreciating more when it comes to partying hard and having discipline. I am glad to say I have a strong control over my smoking for I HAVE QUIT SMOKING! I can go clubbing and hop from house party to house party without smoking!

I still consume alcohol but as they say it's just unwanted calories which i'm convinced I can burn off later. Instead of straying far from the point, a friend of mine brought up a valid point... if we're all going to d

GOT A NEW GOAL

Posted in Training  :  Oct 19, 2011 2:10pm
So I don't want to join the army, nor the marines or anything of that sort. A sub-goal kinda thing is to do a 100 push-ups in one go! I mean think about it, you're lean/buff and you assume you're perfect! However... have you got the strength to do a 100 push ups? Gonna try doing my max amount of push-ups every day/alternate day and increase it after each day kinda thing. Hope all goes well! Wish me luck =D

New routine time

Posted in Working Out  :  May 25, 2011 4:31pm

Time for me to add on new exercises to variate and throw in some motivation however I have no clue. I got Back and Triceps to work on tomorrow and am going to go through whatever exercises bodybuilding has to offer.

At the moment my routine is somewhat like this

Sunday : Cardio
Monday :Chest & Biceps
Tuesday: Cardio
Wednesday: Rest and sleeping with my best friend's sister

Thursday: Back & Triceps
Friday : Cardio or rest

Saturday: Legs & Shoulders

If you're wondering where the hell do

Chris Sharp
Chris Sharp Hi Mate, still working out as hard as ever. You looking ripped man! Yeah I do use magazines a lot to inspire me in different workouts, if you always do the same your body gets used to it nece no improvements in the long run... Jun 17, 2011 1:57am

RecreatingMe "I don't know why. Stress. Need something to slap me." *Sends you a virtual slap* :) When i'm stressed out I find people who have gone through what I have done, and they always tend to have the best advice, and they can inspire you to keep trying when your own body and mind say stop. Keep aiming for your goal! :) May 2, 2011 6:20pm
