Hey, I have been doing crossfit during my lunch break and it is an intense workout. I have been running more also. Brook beast are great shoes for big guys like me. I have been working on my eating as well. I am behind where I would like to be but making progress none the less. Also, I have...
Eating is one area where Body for Life can really help. You get all the info you need to not only lose unwanted fat but also to put on good quality lean muscle. They have you eat 5 to 6 small meals per day with 2 to 3 of those meals being in the form of protein shakes. They also build in one cheat day per week so that you are not denying yourself all the tasty things in life.
Whatever is working for you and keeping you motivated is definitely worthwhile. Believe in yourself and your ability to make your fitness dreams become a reality. Let me know if I can be of any assistance.
Well my friend, if you are looking for a program that will really make a difference in your workout routine and also in the nutrition portion of your life the Body for Life program is it. Not only did both my wife and myself get body transformations but also a number of my clients as well as a whole bunch of people at the gym where I work out. Not to mention the thousands of others in both the BFL book and website.
If you are really serious about losing weight and getting into great shape I believe it is best to follow a proven program otherwise you may end up wasting your time & energy. I was able to lose over 50 lb’s going from 36% to 10% bodyfat and my wife (bodyspace: judimax) went from a size 12/14 to a 4/6 in only 12 weeks by following the Body for Life program. Challenge yourself and you may be amazed at the results and how fast they happen.
