At this time I'm doing some lunges, dumbbell flyes and dumbbell side bends every day. Comparing the pictures of June to February does not seem to have progressed much, and I am a bit discouraged. Now I'll try to be more constant and dedicate on hour a day to reach my goals. At this moment I'm not taking any kind of supplement and I don't follow a specific diet. Do you use supplements?
