Overall Goal: Overall, I'm trying to gain muscle mass. For the short-term (end of April) I am GOING to cut off belly fat! I need to get the ENTIRE 6-pack by then.
Fit Status:
I have been hitting the gym off-and-on for the last 8 years, or so. Recently (this current deployment) I have set my mind to gaining MASS!
I am working on cutting up my abs, for my return home. I worked on building a lot of muscle and strength, since I started this deployment. Now, I really want to cut it all up! Goal (Long):
It's basically that. I am going home in a little more than a month and a half (please don't ask for dates) and want to get as close to "chiseled" as possible. I will still be lifting heavy and taking most of my supplements. I will be adding Universal Animal Cuts and another low-calorie protein to my supplements. Any advice on what supplements to stop would be awesome. I have a good grasp on foods, but, some alternatives or "tricky" ones would be great to shed some light on for me.
