Started doing the "10 x 10" program this Monday. It's really shaking things up. Really feeling the workouts both during and after the gym. If it you ain't sore, then you ain't DOING WORK!

meltdown i heard is great. I jus started Xenadrine RFA-X but i dieted and did tons of cardio to loose my first 12 pounds. The rest i give kudos to the supplement. I would start with cardio and diet first then when you hit the plateau then you throw in the supplement for the extra push. Meltdown is a good choice tho from what ive heard. Never taken it but i seen good results come from it with a few friends. Still diet and excersize is the main thing.

i posted a few the other day but i think those are the ones uve seen already. ill be posting some more this weekend. On the other hand whatever yoru doing seems to be working cuz you look like your dropping weight by eating better which is good. Get rid of the bodyfat and build muscle.
