Started doing the "10 x 10" program this Monday. It's really shaking things up. Really feeling the workouts both during and after the gym. If it you ain't sore, then you ain't DOING WORK!
Monday - Chest
Tuesday - Back
Wednesday - Legs & Abs
Thursday - Shoulders & Cardio
Friday - Arms
Saturday - Cardio & Abs
Sunday - Off Usually go for a 5 mile bike ride
yea i will prob stay pretty low key at the gym this wk too...i have family n lil babies in town that i havent seen in ages! its nice to b around family this time of year!
Yea i switched up trainers a few wks ago n in 3 wks ive made so much progress already! lost a few inches n somewhere in between 5-10 lbs so far. im super excited! hope things r going great for you too!
Man working real good for me i dropped some extra pounds since we last talked and gotten a hell of a lot more definition. I was thinking i should msg you the other day to check on how your training is going but i guess you got to me first lol.
meltdown i heard is great. I jus started Xenadrine RFA-X but i dieted and did tons of cardio to loose my first 12 pounds. The rest i give kudos to the supplement. I would start with cardio and diet first then when you hit the plateau then you throw in the supplement for the extra push.
Meltdown is a good choice tho from what ive heard. Never taken it but i seen good results come from it with a few friends. Still diet and excersize is the main thing.
i posted a few the other day but i think those are the ones uve seen already. ill be posting some more this weekend.
On the other hand whatever yoru doing seems to be working cuz you look like your dropping weight by eating better which is good. Get rid of the bodyfat and build muscle.
