well in high school i played football and i wasnt very big at all and after i graduated i always said i wanted to get bigger but i never lifted... that was until my friend and i started lifting in his basement doin just the compound workouts and quickly i starting seeing results and eventually started lifting more than him. so from there has braught me to now... 20lbs heavier and more built than ive ever been!
Why I Love It:
i like being able to go to the gym workout hard and come out with a sense of satisfaction. ever since my "skinny physique" has gone i love being able to pack on muscle where it is needed most.
How I Stay Motivated:
im online all the time so i constantly am on bodybuilding.com and look at pics, which in turn gets me motivated to keep my own health! plus i constantly buy muscle mag, muscle developement, and mens health so im constantly learning new workouts and finding out what works best for my body, and learning how my body reacts to different workouts.
BB Accomplishments:
probably would have to be bench, when i started lifting i was maxing out on bench at 160-165 and now im putting up 255lbs hopeing to soon change that to 260! the other would be getting rid of my skinny body and packing on some solid muscle, plus ive gotten a lot of compliments on how ive changed since high school or even from a couple of months earlier!
