I was recently deployed and it was a perfect opportunity to focus on getting stronger and gaining weight.
Why I Love It:
I truly enjoy working out; perfect place to relieve stress.
How I Stay Motivated:
I always have a weekly goal when it comes to weightlifting. I try to push myself to the limit.

My goal is to gain 15-20 lbs of mass.

While I was deployed, I was able to put on 15 lbs. However, I want to add an additional 15lbs. My body is very toned and I have done a good job maintaining it as well as getting stronger. However I want to put on more weight...Oh Boy!!!
