My brother was into body building, and one look at one of his magazines with a picture of Sharon Bruneau in it and I knew I wanted to have a body like that!
Why I Love It:
I don't know if I do love it, I don't love brushing my teeth but I do it everyday twice a day because its necessary to keep my teeth in good condition. I train because I like to keep/get in good condition.
How I Stay Motivated:
Had a baby April 2006 and do not want to be depressed about being a fat frumpy mother in a crappy floral dress. Want to look good and feel good and be an example to others. I have a beautiful daughter who is the best and I wanna be the best for her. Plus my partner is the most amazing man - want to stay in great shape and attractive for and to him

To do a fitness competition. I see no point in pushing myself to have a great body if I can't make it do great things!!!
Goal (Long):
TO ALWAYS BE FIT TRIM AND HAPPY. To compete to show that women after children can make spectacular athletes and focus on my weaknesses not my strengths. That way I can be more balanced. No need for ultra huge explanations :) Next comp May. If for whatever reason I do not compete then I will set a challenge to keep me on track regardless, I'm slightly vain and feel obligated to stay looking and feeling good for my partner.
This weekend was an eating shambles - I ate crap all weekend and a lot of sugar today. I think I have a lot of cardio activity coming this week..LOL! I feel that having an ok I don't care attitude is better than stressing about it and feeling guilty. At the end of the day as long as I have...
Oh wow, I bet it is tough. But yes, as you say being willing to follow your dreams is a first step...being flexible and already in shape HELPS! It has to be fun though right. I bet you are amazed at what your body can do with practice.
It took you a long time to grant my friend request and i am glad you did. You seem like a very kind hearted person. I appreciate you looking out the way you have. Again thanks.
I have not done any supplements in about a month and one-half. It may even be close to 2 months since i have done the creakic. I was told to drink plenty of water and i drink close to a gallon daily.
creatinine, serum and creatine, kinase. One is barely high and the other is extremely high. The one that was high dropped by half the first week i did not work out. So i guess we will see what happens at the end of next week when i do my lab work. I appreciate your concern, THANKS!
Hey friend, things could be better. Been out of the gym going on 2 weeks as per my doctor. Had some recent lab work and a couple of my levels were elevated. The levels in question seem to elevate when i workout so my doc is making comparisons. Hopefully i can return to the gym soon. Enough about me, is all well with you? Thanks for checking on me. I will keep you informed on what is going on.
Thank you Girl for the wisdom! I will be mindful of your suggestions with the intense training and improving my diet. I appreciate the love. You look amazing Lady... keep up the great work! Jazzy:)
Real talk. Yes.. I eat clean.. I have my cheat items.. however.. lean protein veggies and fruit ..I supplement with whey and casein protein and I try to get 10 glasses of water in daily. I could be better.

Haha that is so funny, but we assume a lot of things are healthy that come from vitamin shops lol, so not your fault. Training for fitness huh,wow that is amazing. You will do well though. Make sure to put a video up of your competition when you do it, I would love to see.
Hi...Thank you :)
This result has been achieved without troubling myself with diet or discipline - just exercising...through all my life.
Yes - we have to do it...as like brushing our teeth - through all our life :(
I'm an artist.
Your curiosity - it makes me feel good :) Just read my blog "Fitness isn't a Sports - Fitness is an Art Project" - there are answers...
Stay always beautiful,
Rene
Yeah, it's good to get off of them. I get off them for like a month or so then go back on for a little bit, I prob should do the same thing - find more of a natural fat burning solution. It's so much more healthy for you, you are definitely right. I am glad to hear you recovered. You seem to like the concoction you use now?
