My brother was into bodybuilding, and one look at one of his magazines with a picture of Sharon Bruneau in it and I knew I wanted to have a body like that!
Why I Love It:
I don't know if I do love it, I don't love brushing my teeth but I do it everyday twice a day because its necessary to keep my teeth in good condition. I train because I like to keep/get in good condition.
How I Stay Motivated:
Had a baby April 2006 and do not want to be depressed about being a fat frumpy mother in a crappy floral dress. Want to look good and feel good and be an example to others. I have a beautiful daughter who is the best and I wanna be the best for her. Plus - want to stay in great shape and attractive for the man I'm with
To do a fitness competition. I see no point in pushing myself to have a great body if I can't make it do great things!!!
Goal (Long):
TO ALWAYS BE FIT TRIM AND HAPPY. To compete to show that women after children can make spectacular athletes and focus on my weaknesses not my strengths. That way I can be more balanced. No need for ultra huge explanations :) Next comp May. If for whatever reason I do not compete then I will set a challenge to keep me on track regardless, I'm slightly vain and feel obligated to stay looking and feeling good for my partner.
Well it's been a while since I decided to stop the weight training in order to lose some mass, and I have.. my legs and back have come down so I am pleased, still want a bit more but I am happy I have gotten smaller ;)

You have to listen to your body, and if you feel exhausted you should rest - you might even be fighting off some virus that would be taking someone else with lesser immune system down - there's so much stuff going around here at school making people sick, I am sure it is the same where you are. Its been pretty good.. I’m 6% body fat.. 6'6 230, .. I need about 10 more pounds of muscle to be where I want... at least for now. I am with Europa sports so, I am surrounded by stimulants, pre-workouts etc… I have to go up to Seattle every 2 1/2 months to visit my clients. Keep in touch, you sound really cool! workouts, posts, durings, glutamins, and every other protien powder, drink or bar you can think of.... and gaspari, vpx, bsn, abb, infinate, twinlabs.. everyone else, trying to shove product down us. kinda like quinny-pigs.. LOL.. its called stimulant junkies! Things are going well, i think i drink to much beer to compete.. My territory is washington, handle every golds gym, gnc, vitamin shoppe, max muscle, etc.. pretty cool
Things with me are great! You deserve to take a break, you have been working your but off. You look Fab, keep up the good work and dont break to long! lol
