My brother was into body building, and one look at one of his magazines with a picture of Sharon Bruneau in it and I knew I wanted to have a body like that!
Why I Love It:
Stress release, what is does to my body and how strong I realise I am, especially when it's as much as or more than some of the men in the gym... lol!!!
How I Stay Motivated:
Had a baby April 2006 and do not want to be depressed about being a fat frumpy mother in a crappy floral dress. Want to look good and feel good and be an example to others. I have a beautiful daughter who is the best and I wanna be the best for her.

This was me sometime last year - couldn't tell you an exact date but post baby body and you can tell that a baby has passed through that body! I wanted to just show that I have had to work hard to get to the me now.. just found this one LOL!
Placed third and very happy, was up against stunning girls. Still qualify for the best of British finals, I plan to train hard and expect success!!!!
Just wanna stay look and be fit, mind 'body' and soul!
Goal (Long):
A figure show up in may 2008 need to build up my legs and generally tighten up. Get my website going and even do some fitness modeling uk style if I can. Wanna be busy with whatever I can to keep things interesting. But most importantly I wanna spend as much time as possible with my daughter she's just learning to talk and I love this time where she's discovering how to string sentences together, it's so special. So gym time has to be short and sweet extremely intense and to the point, the more time with my family the better a person I feel.
But I also wanna win the comp in May!
Where to start, well was ill over xmas with chest infection thing and then a couple of days after new years I got a stomach bug. My eating has been sketchy at best and I lost about 4lbs. My training did suffer and I need to be in good shape before the diet phase in a couple of weeks. Today my...
Thanks :-) Well before i was just eating clean... not sure how much carbs i was getting cause i didn't keep track. last week i started carb cycling though... only did it for week though... i am gonna start back this week. So i guess how i was eating before made me leaner. I am sure u will get back on track soon :)

Definately slow down on the supplements. Always good to cycle off of them for less stress on the kidneys and liver. I pray all is well with you. Supplements do elevate the levels of the liver so do not worry:-) I will still be praying fopr you Beautiful:-) Thx for the Luv:-)
I'll get back to you on that...its at my house and i'm at work...so I dont know exactly the amount. BUT...its in the protien shakes AND I was taking it twice a day on top of that!
Could be nothin'. My doc saw high levels of creat in my blood, which can indicate kidney problems, but that is also a natural reaction to the body rebuilding muscles. Creat is left over after Creatine does its work.
