How has bodybuilding and fitness helped you in your career?

just starting out at this work out thing and i feel that my lats are going to be a trouble spot on my body. i look at other body types and can see that some people have hard time w/pecs, some have hard time at delts, etc the only real excercises i know for lats is lat pull downs and seated...
