How I Started:
I hate the feeling of seeing myself in the mirror all fat.I went to the doctor and my weight was 166lbs because of emotional eating from all the things that were going on in my life so I've decided to make a change and pray that I can stick with it for the rest of my life.
Why I Love It:
I don't like it!!I do it cuz I like the way it makes me feel.
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking at pics of people who have worked hard and transformed their bodies.
BB Accomplishments:
I used to be 195 lbs when I was a teenager and at some point made it to 130lbs.

Hey chica! My number one advice is to know what is in your market. Find out what type of modeling you can do in your area. Some girls want to be runway models but they live in a small town. if you dont plan to move then don't plan on that type. But there is some form of modeling work you can book no matter where you live.

Your going to get that model shape in no time, especially with people giving you wonderful advice. I think circuit training will be good for you in the beginning, best of luck!!

Thx for the friend request! hey you have a beautiful body. Everything else you do is just gonna be icing on the cake! I've been in modeling, hmm well a Loong time in multiple industries and you can be a model with so many body types-never let that get in the way of a beautiful face and stage confidence!

For legs I suggest squats, lunges, and leg press for sure. Leg curls and extensions. most females do 3-4 sets of 12-15 reps. For arms work shoulders, bis and tris separately. Various types of curls for bis... pressdown and kick backs for tris... front, side and real raises for shoulders. You should check out fitnesspoynters.com... Steve has great workouts and meal plans for pretty cheap that have really yielded amazing results for so many people.
