Hey Abram...thanks for the inspire add....I'm honored. Having "showable" abs is 75% diet and 25% muscles believe it not. ABS won't show in males until you are below 10% BF. So work on that if you can...know it's tough to diet control over there. Keep at it...be patient...looks like you have tight living quarters there, too. Good luck man..stay in touch!
