you should really let me help you out with a good workout program. I can tell you really want too. we should do it on monday, wednesday, and friday. YOU MUST HAVE REST DAYS. If you dont, something bad will happen. Its called overtraining and it has tons of bad side effects. You should do the workouts at my house but if you cant then ill tell you what to do at your house. we'll start tomorrow with legs :)
