Artemis00 Thanks. Surprised the guys in my grappling class when I was able to keep up with them. I'm not one that likes a lot of reps, so I don't do regular push-ups unless someone challenges me to. I like to try ones that are harder, like the feet against the walls ones or spiderman push-ups. Can also do the clapping push-ups as well when I'm bored. lol. Honestly never really thought it was that special or unique. Mar 31, 2013 2:20pm

NorCalMike Btw if you did pick up some Elite Casein I hope you're enjoying it thoroughly. Since I did recommend it to you :D. Another good protein that you should consider trying sometime is Trutein. NorCalMike Hey Mohamed sorry about the late reply! Totally forgot to respond at time :o. Checked out your progress pics, lookin' good buddy. You've added muscle. Saw your update a few days ago; changing to one muscle group daily. Great idea! I do this myself to focus on that muscle group and train it more "hardcore" ya know. Orange Services Business? Wat.
