How I Started:
I want to see what I have learned throughout these years at school and apply it to my physique. I have a goal in my mind to reach till August and its not so easy but I know that I WILL achieve it. 6pack till summer!!!
Why I Love It:
I love the thrill that lifting weights gives you. I feel relieved and weight training is what can break my limits and explode. I feel relieved afterward!!! Nothing better than a heavy session at the gym.
How I Stay Motivated:
This is the hardest of them all i think... I take pictures though, and tell my friends my goals to make sure I achieve them..
Yesterday I started my diet for the following twenty weeks. It was a non training day and tred to stay away from bad carbs, most of my carbs were consumed till 2pm. I know that carbs are critical when loosing fat, i must keep myself running. I eliminated any...
