I'll be doing 1 hour of cardio 3 times a week and meeting with a trainer this Sunday to get a better workout routine. I'm joining a weightloss team at my gym as soon as I get back from vacation. That will be 3 times a week for 3 months, not only building cardio resistance but also nutritional learning.

For as long as I can remember, I have wanted to be thin. From the time I was 7 I have been overweight. It was always a stuggle, my mother having gone through childhood obiesty didn't want me to have to deal with the same things she did. But as I grew up, I grew out. I spent my life wishing the weight would just go away, being sent to fat camp where I learned how to be healthy but didn't apply it to my life. desiree0312 I went over my body scans and found I have a PBF of 31.1% but I was at a 49.1% when started. Goal is to get it down to 15%
