While at university, i needed to do more than just play sports to keep active and take my mind off the books from time to time. I started training with some serious bodybuilders at first and this helped me stay focused and learn about diet and training.
Why I Love It:
The dedication and motivation needed to get to gym and train even though you feel like just lazing around, doing nothing. Knowing that i'm not sitting around and hoping that i will stay lean without a proper diet and exercise program but doing something about it. the compliments from strangers don't hurt either.
How I Stay Motivated:
I chose exercise as a lifestyle so the motivation comes quite easily when you're in it for life.
BB Accomplishments:

Depends on how you're bulking and how much gain you want. Maybe try for 8-12 weeks and assess your results after 8. Feeling heavier is normal if you're gaining muscle (also food an water weight, plus a little BF). It's up to you, really.
Wow its obviously working - are you aiming to compete or are you happy with making this a lifestyle choice. Either way you are achieving great results. Had a great weekend thanks - hope you too are well and having fun Em :-)
Nothing can beat a clean diet! What do we have to do to get your friend up on stage? It is a thrill ...that is for sure... leaving for a competition today.... cross your fingers for me this weekend. Thank you!
