Whaddup dawg. It's actually going pretty good. Training alone for now. My partners don't want to crank it up till winter. Can't wait till then, man. As Cedric the Entertainer said, "Man, I got s**t to do!" lol. How's it going on your end?

It's going good. Still adding some quality mass. The scale doesn't show it, but I've learned to stop depending on that. It will drive you crazy! lol. Hare things on your end?

Just tryin' to maintain, Dawg! I went to a local BB show last weekend. That put a lil fire under my ass, lol. Just made me realize that I have been slacking a bit. Training's going real good now. What's up with you?

It's all good. Just finished training back. It was a good workout. My work schedule's been changed around so I'm back to training by myself every other week. Shouldn't slow me down, though.
