If your training partners are still talking trash about wanting to crank it up until the winner, then in the winter they're going to be talking trash because you're too far ahead of them.
:-(
I've lost many a training partner that way but forget 'em. Getting swole is way more important than worrying about their ... lmao, I was about to have myself a rant. Things still ok for you.
LMAO, thats funny.
I actually went to an amateur strongman competition and that lit a fire under my ass as well. I've always accepted being a "weakling", but hell, thats no excuse to not bust my ass. :-)
And this **** has me doing cardio, like crazy. Then again, being a makeshift personal trainer kinda motivates you too. Especially when your clients are making progress right before your eyes.
Man, work schedule changes are such a pain in the rear. They're a good way to get rid of training partners too. Eh, its good to see that you're not letting that slow you down. I have before and it stinks. You get all ... out of shape and the next thing you know, you're deserting them.
He he, never again. Keep it up though.
Yeah, I'm alive. I'm back too ... doing a silly training routine as opposed to my old one. Not that I think I exhausted the only one, but I felt like doing something entertaining.
He he, I'm trying to up my calories but to me this seems absolutely crazy. How about yourself?
If you can see it in the mirror, then who cares what the scale says. Like I tell my girl, its not what the scale says but how you look and feel. There have been times when I wanted to frizbee my scale out the window, but I have learned to not care so much about what the scale says and focus more on the look.
