burgers, sirloin steaks grilled, and meatballs...ground up loose with egg whites and cottage cheese, on whole grain bread with jalepeno hummus and fresh basil leaves is my fav...but only when im carbing up and is it a great way to carb up...whole foods 8 grain 3 seed bread is out of this world
