I started out 1 1/2 years ago training to compete. I began in figure and did very well. I am now moving on to light weight bodybuilding.

Training several girls for the National shows this year- lots of makeup to do as well! Very excited to travel again and meet new people. Also will be hosting a few webcasts again with bb.com, including the 2008 Mrs., Fitness and Figure Olympia compet

.. rearranging my life and get back on track with my workouts is my goal right now..

TO BECOME A PRO FIGURE COMPETITIOR IN THE IFBB. TO ENCOURAGE AND HELP OTHERS ACHIEVE GOALS, BOTH PHYSICAL AND MENTAL! MY MOST IMPORTANT "MISSION" IN LIFE IS TO SHOW OTHERS THE LOVE OF CHRIST THROUGH MY ACTIONS AND WORD'S SPOKEN! :)
