I always played soccer & ran track. Too many stagnant years and extra pounds got me kickstarted again.
Why I Love It:
I love seeing the progress even if it is slow at times. I want to stay healthy for my little girls...
How I Stay Motivated:

LOL -- the hazards of Halloween! Man, I'm good. Itching to go to the gym, but my w/o partner can't meet until 5, so I'm trying to chill out. Starting out a week of heavy lifting today -- checking for my max on a few lifts. Should be a good week. Man, your abs are looking great! That candy has nothing on you!!! LOL.
