Yea I hope so. Its going good thanks, off to the gym tomorrow. Just conditioning for the first month, not sure if you seen anyway of my body blogs but I'll be starting a mass gain weight lifting program soon. Your physic is really good, how long you been going for?
I love running but it wrecks havoc on my knees so got to limit it to 2x week. I have been carb cycling and trying to get bf from 9% to below 8% whilst maintaining/growing mass. Seems to be working but have to remain regimental. Props on your leaness - very motivating!
Done! Tested it last night and it actually held up. It was a grade 2 tear and took 8 weeks to recover. I gave up on hockey as all the injuries were way too much to handle. Next week I can start boxing again and lookin forward to it. With your leaness, do you incorporate much cardio or is it mainly diet?
