Yeah when i start bulking im getting whey, malto, creatine and glutamine. But yeah its hard to get all that protein without em especially with school and ****.

I dunno i havent tried it from what ive read it seems to work pretty good though. So your not gonna use any supps at all?

Yeah same, my chest is lagging alot i used to use a smaller bar which wasnt really hitting my chest, but i got a power rack and a new bb a few weeks ago so im ready to go now :) You tried creatine before?
