Hey man don't be discouraged, ur only 19, it takes time to put on weight, I'm 100kg now and I still look really skinny and mediocre, but I was only 75 3 years ago when I was 21, Uve got a good build man, one quick thing that will help, at breakfast eat 1 1/2 - 2 cups of rolled oats, 1 whole egg, and 3 whites, that alone should help u start putting on weight
Definitely all natural here. No roids. Can't get mass without increasing protein calories--at least that's what I've done. I use soy protein to supplement. Recently started using Superpump250. Will let you know in several weeks if this has helped. Train hard!
