A few years ago, I started running and became vegetarian. That's when I began to take weight loss seriously. I hated being fat in high school, and I still do to this day.
I'm just now (May, 07) getting into it seriously with a good diet, cardio and weights.
Why I Love It:
The pump and endorphins.
How I Stay Motivated:
The mirror and my body - every few weeks I can easily tell that I am making progress. I want to be the best that I can be.
BB Accomplishments:
From 250lbs and unable to bench a single 100lb's to now.

Hey man
I just added new progress pics and thread.pics are after 1 month of moderate training with 80% success with diet and routines my posture is off because my legs are rehabbing. posture will come in time No supplements yet .looking for help on that
I really have poor body image I know that outside opinion will help me see both what is good about my physique and what isnt

Thanks babe :) I thought the sun would make a great picture hahaha tho I hate pictures of myself (no emo). I stopped playing seriously for a while now, each time I touch a guitar I still have this crazy feeling I have to play for 6 hours straight. Anyway :)
