Hey onkue. I wanted to thank you for putting me on your inspired list. It gives me that much more motivation to reach all my goals. Also you are in incredible shape and should be very proud. Thank you being a soldier to me its the ultimate sacrifice.

Hey! Yeah I am back man you did it got down into low 200's like you set out too. I wouldent want to get in your way when your trying to achieve something! As far as me I fell off the wagon and just hopped back on with a new outlook and knoweledge.
