How I Started: When I didn't make it on the basketball team in 8th grade. I only weighed about 100 pounds. I started training like a mad man.

Main Goal: Gain Muscle
Goal (Short): To get 14 inch arms. To weigh 150 when school starts up.
Goal (Long): I want to weigh 200 pounds by my senior year of high school. I want 17 inch arms. I would like to be able to bench 300 pounds. I want to be the biggest and strongest guy in my school hands down.

Workout Program:
One of the best ways to stay interested in your workouts is changing weight and the number reps per set. This has kept me from boredom.

A good way to finish off an exercise is negative reps. The muscle feels completely ripped when you are finished with an exercise.

I work out six days...

Lol, I have no idea. I guess I'm just one of those people. :D My arms aren't the only things that beef up quickly either, my pecs got enormous when I hit them too. So idk.

i use a combination of everyting, but i focus alot on obliques and lower abs since it can be a problem area
