When I didn't make it on the basketball team in 8th grade. I only weighed about 100 pounds. I started training like a mad man.
Why I Love It:

Why I like this video: Concentration curls are a great exercise for the biceps. It can get you out of plateau from other exercises for them.

One of the best ways to stay interested in your workouts is changing weight and the number reps per set. This has kept me from boredom.
A good way to finish off an exercise is negative reps. The muscle feels completely ripped when you are finished with an exercise.

My arms aren't the only things that beef up quickly either, my pecs got enormous when I hit them too. So idk.

i use a combination of everyting, but i focus alot on obliques and lower abs since it can be a problem area
