Fed up of being tall and skinny, and other people at college being a lot bulkier and bigger than me, so i am going to do something about it.
Why I Love It:
Its great to see results, and it just makes me feel great about myself, and being tall, skinny, pale and ginger hair, i need all the feel good aspects i can lol.
How I Stay Motivated:
just think of people who look bigger and better than me.

This was the first day i decided to train seriosuly, so hopefully will be a good gauge of how i am progressing.
Just Started on Protein Shakes twice daily every other day, so hopefully will be a good gauge to see some progress in a month of two.
eat a lot (make sure it is still healthy stuff with a bunch of complex carbs and protein) and when ur workin' out do flyes, the peck deck machine, and actually pushups are really amazing. i have an article with some different types of push ups u can do. if i can find it ill send it to u.
