The first time I really got into weight lifting when I was deployed to Bosnia back in 1995. Being in the Army, moving and trainng all the time, working out is always a off and on thing.
Why I Love It:
Love to stay in shape, feels great when people tell you how good you look.
How I Stay Motivated:
I have two little ones at home and I want to be able to keep up with them when they get older.

BB Accomplishments:
After breaking the bone in my foot running one morning, it took a while to get back in shape. Finding out my back was messed up(partial slipped disk(middle of my back), Lower back has = partial fusion due to bone lose, bone thinning. Muscle spasms, conjoined nerve roots ... and mild case of Scoliosis)really bad didn't help. I had to find new ways to get in shape, which was a lot of trial and error, but I stuck in there. Since I got to Iraq for my second tour, (1 AUG 07) I have dropped to 230lbs and Dropped 5% BF (22%) and Benched 300 lbs

Motivation is the key to success in anything you do, once you lose that motivation you lose the will to succeed.
Need to work on losing Bodyfat and weight for the Army ... no more then 211 lbs they say!
Goal (Long):
Work on getting in great shape and lose some BF% and droppin some weight too. With my back problems any added weight(muscle or fat) puts a lot of pressure on my spine.

Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?

I try to change up my workouts between Free weights and Machines each week. I knock out at least (3 exercises) 3-4 sets, 10 reps per body part. When it comes to stuff like Chest workouts, you use your triceps too, so I usally knock out two exercises just for triceps (cable pushdowns, and...
