The first time I really got into weight lifting when I was deployed to Bosnia back in 1995. Being in the Army, moving and trainng all the time, working out is always a off and on thing.
Why I Love It:
Love to stay in shape, feels great when people tell you how good you look.
How I Stay Motivated:
I have two little ones at home and I want to be able to keep up with them when they get older.

BB Accomplishments:
After breaking the bone in my foot running one morning, it took a while to get back in shape. Finding out my back was messed up(partial slipped disk, partial fusion, bone lose, bone thinning, muscle spasms, conjoined nerve roots)really bad didn't help. I had to find new ways to get in shape, which was a lot of trial and error, but I stuck in there. Since I got to Iraq for my second tour, (1 AUG 07) I have dropped to 230lbs and Dropped 5% BF (22%) and Benched 300 lbs

The was taken when I was deployed to Sarejevo, Bosnia in 1996. This is when I first really got into lifting wieght, nothing else to do.
Using the SuperPump250, the veins in my right arm really pop out! Getting ready to add SizeOn to my supplement workout!
Well, I almost done with my first bottle of SizeOn Tabs and have a second bottle on the way. I usually take these with my Lipo 6 first thing in the morning with a protein shake, then off to Army PT.
I've had no problems taken these and take 6 tabs every morning. I like the fact that...
all is good on my end. lifting is slow due to tendonitus in my elbow but i am fighting thru it. gonna try to get you some new pics soon for some more covers.
Great pictures (your transformation is truly inspiring!) and an even better profile. What you wrote shows you clearly a complete man (brains and brawn). Thanks for posting!
Rock on Bro, well if you ever get the chance I will be the big mexican guy leg pressing 1200lbs. Golds Gym Norfolk, rocl on brother. Train Hard or Go Home.
Bro, you are looking great. Keep up the awesome work. I am finally back in the gym in the mornings, after way to long off. I will be posting updates soon, I just need to get through my conditioning phase. I also run remedial PT every evening to help some of the guys who are sturggling out. I have almost got my 2 mile times back into the 13 minute region. I am taking a PT test next Friday, I will let you know how I did.
Hey! Funny you mention the sampler because I ordered exactly that from ON just yesterday after finishing my 2nd 10lb bag of the chocolate. (20lb and it's time for a flavor change!) :D
