Background

When I Started: Feb 2009
HOW I STARTED:

I was tired of being fat and lazy, so I researched online and found a good workout plan, I stopped eating so much and I want to work harder everyday.

WHY I LOVE IT:

It makes me feel really good about myself. I'm not just sitting down and watching TV while I eat a sandwich, instead I'm being active and I'm getting results

My Workout Program

Crunches I do about 4-5 times a week

One Day I do Arms/Shoulders/Back:
- Reverse Preacher Curls
- Back Dumbbell Rows
- 21's
- Wrist Extensions
- Overhead Tricep Extensions
- Lateral Raises
- Front Raises
- Arnold Press
- Back Hyper-extensions
- Cybex Eagle Row

I have big legs, so I don't really do much for them.
Usually I'll just do leg lifts when I do arms.

The Next Day I do Chest and Neck:
- Upright Row
- Shrugs
- Dumbbell Upright Row
- Dumbbell fly's
- Machine Vertical Press
- Medicine Ball Pushups
- Ball Incline Dumbbell Press
- Bench Press (Regular, Incline, Decline)
- Dips


I am going to start a new workout routine and diet on Monday. I want to workout with less weight and more reps, also shorter workouts. I am going to beating 6 or 7 meals a day and start taking Whey Protein Shakes. My goal is to reach about 170lbs. I am currently 197lbs, so I have a long way to go.

New Workout(3 Sets of each exercise/15 Reps/60 Seconds between sets):

Monday- Chest:
- 25 Pushups
- Chest Press
- Incline Chest Press
- Pec Deck (Chest Fly) Machine

Tuesday- Back:
- 5 Pullups
- Seated Rows
- Lat Pulldowns
- T-Bar Rows

Wednesday- Shoulders:
- Arnold Press
- Lateral Raises
- Front Raises

Thursday- Biceps/Triceps:
- Curl Machine
- EZ Cable Curls
- Hammer Curls
- Tricep Pushdowns

Friday- Cardio
- 30 minutes running
- 15 minutes Jump-roping.
