Have a regimen that I follow and get great satisifaction from staying focused and seeing results! This website is a real motivator - how cool - makes me want to go to the gym right now!!

Maintain weight but gain muscle - delicate balance - because I've got a tendancy to do too much and I lose weight - some muscle I'm sure - am focusing on eating more protein at each meal
