Goal (Long):
Maintain weight but gain muscle - delicate balance - because I've got a tendancy to do too much and I lose weight - some muscle I'm sure - am focusing on eating more protein at each meal
Ultimate Leg Day x 2 per week - usually a weekend day and a mid week day = 3 sets 30 reps of stepups w/8# wt/lunges x 3 sets of 36 steps w/8# wt/ squats - 45# plates 3 sets x 12/Sled leg press x 5 diff positions x 3 sets x 12 - 145# and 75# for the 2 single leg/leg ext - 60# 3 sets x 12/let...

hey sweetie i have been real busy with work but im still working out in fact i went up to 45 minutes on the stepper i want to see results this month so in june i can feel better about myself.....i hope all is well with you ...hugsss
