Goal (Short): Maintain fitness/improve definition in legs~I pleaded w/bodyspace: block Heaterbaltimore from rating my photos~22yo female has no photos posted~but feels the need to critique mine~no thanks~so I will put all photos under progress
Goal (Long): Maintain weight but gain muscle - delicate balance - because I've got a tendancy to do too much and I lose weight - some muscle I'm sure - am focusing on eating more protein at each meal
