How I Started:
I first started bodybuilding when I was a Freshman in High School. I was on the powerlifting team for about a year. Shortly after that time I stayed active in sports to include Rugby. When I joined the Marine Corps my bodybuilding days increased for about 8 years.
Why I Love It:
I like the sense of accomplishment when I set my mind to a goal. It also makes me feel better about myself as a whole.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look at the men I lead and can honestly say, what type of leader ask his men to do something, that which he is unable.
BB Accomplishments:
dropped from 214lbs 24% body fat to 152lbs 6% body fat, in 6 months.
If you really want to lose weight and get into great shape I believe it is best to follow a proven program otherwise you may end up wasting your time & energy. I lost over 50 lb’s and went from 36 to 10% bodyfat and my wife (bodyspace: judimax) went from a size 12/14 to a 4/6 in only 12 weeks by following the Body for Life program. Push yourself, possibly out of your comfort zone and you may be amazed at the results and how fast they happen. It will be well worth the effort.
