Hey, man. How's the workout coming along? I'm starting to feel thicker from the FST-7 training but I'll see how well it truly is working once I'm back from vacation and take some "fat" photos. I've been unbridled in my eating, but I'm still training hard and getting in the protein. Cheers! ViCh

Hey, man. Insane thickness. Are you a competitor or are you in it just for the daily glory of the mirror? I gotta say your arms with the huge delts on top compliment your whole balance. Delts are what I'm trying to bulk up the most right now myself. Keep up the hard work! ViCh
