My Workout Philosophy View My Full Workout Program
I run a 6 day split program inspired by Greg Plitt - i believe in muscle confusion and hitting hard in and out of gym
My workout is basicly from gregplitt.com 6 days a week and a shake up day with crossfit.
Monday: chest
Tuesday: Back
Wednesday: shoulders
Thoursday: Arms
Friday: Legs
Saturday: Chest
Sunday: Crossfit
I try to maximize the effort with minimum rest in between sets, never more than 90secs, and try to hit in 60secs all the time - some supersets require 2-3 minutes, but for the most i train with small rest periods.
My training sessions are never longer then 1-1,5 hour and i hit my abs also every workout for about 15 minutes.
I have done no cardio workout in my transformation and wont do it either, im a firm believer of the cardio should be in the lifting rutine, so thats how i role.

I live and follow the paleo diet strict from Loren Cordain pretty strict, but ad supplements....
On top of the paleo program i also ad the diet advice from Greg Plitt who is a great inspiration for me.
