How I Started:
I have always been interested in it but always made excuses for not getting serious with it. Until July of last year when my doctor told me that the shape I am in when I turn 50 will probably be the shape I will be for the rest of my life. That was enough.
Why I Love It:
It relieves stress. I like the rush it creates. I am feeling and looking better because of it.
How I Stay Motivated:
The ongoing results keep me motivated as well as one day becoming a 50 year old version of the guys you see on the covers of Muscle & Fitness and Ironman magazines.
BB Accomplishments:
To date, loosing roughly 10 inches off my waiste.

Lifting alone. Lifting more than they can handle. Not concentrating on the task at hand.

My doctor finally got his shipment of the h1n1 vaccine a little over one week ago. Because of my asthma, I am eligible to be one of the initial to get it. I got my shot today. Soon afterwards I felt I had a slight fever. However, since my spin class two hours ago, that feeling has dissipated.

1. 15 min walking uphill on treadmill with 3.5 Incline. I could not recall the correct incline at the time. This will be corrected today.


2. 55 Minutes of Advanced Spin Class
