Background

When I Started: Jun 2009
HOW I STARTED:

I got sick of being a small scrawny guy and wanted to feel better about myself. I joined the Y and met some guys who were much bigger than me. I wanted to be like them. Most of them moved to other towns but I continued to workout with my buddy, Eric. He taught me a lot.

WHY I LOVE IT:

I feel amazing afterwards. It also feels great when my hard work pays off. My body looks and feels better, I love having natural energy.

My Motivation Program

I look at myself daily in the mirror with a mental image of how I want to look. I think to myself about how most people are pouring money into their cars and homes and neglecting their bodies. A car or house can be replaced but we only get one body.
