Hey!!! Yeah...doing good. Trying to stay on track! The workouts are going great and nutrition going good as well (which is the most difficult part for me). I think it will get easier when i start seeing the results from all the sacrafices i've made by turning down all the cheese, bread, potato chips and alcohol. LOL! Thanks for checking.

No matter what you eat, you need to eat every couple hours - keep feeding your metabolism. I noticed a huge difference when I did that. Small portions, I do 2 shakes a day typically.

to compete... makes friends with DawnMelanie, AMYSUDS... FitnessGirl on here..and pick they brain... they are great and love to help...and the secret for women is heavy wieght lifting..if u grind hard with heavy weights your body will look incredible...
Your progress pics look great! Try out the superset routines that I sent you for a couple of weeks, I think you'll see alot of results with them, I did! We're are going to do this man!!!
