Alta High Attended 2005 to 2008 Sandy, Utah United States
When I Started:
Jan, 2007
How I Started:
Well i always wanted to have an amazing body. so when i was a junior in high school i started to lift weights not knowing what i was doing. Eventually i learned proper form and how to properly train my entire body. I finally got myself a nutritionist in april 2009 and that's when my best results started coming forth... and i've been going hard ever since.
Why I Love It:
I just do. I love eating plain nasty tuna, chicken and turkey every single day. And i also love drinking protein that tastes like ****. Oh and all the pills. But it is worth it. And i do love it i really do love eating all that **** and drinking the protein even the pills. It really makes me feel amazing.
How I Stay Motivated:
I just do it. Every single day i go to the gym and bust my ass. I love every moment of it. It's like a drug to me. I'm not addicted I'm committed. And i do it for myself. Plus seeing the results just keeps me going.
to my first show sad i know but there are a couple of reasons i didn't. i broke my finger and that destroyed my confidence i became completely negative about everything. A week later i pulled my right hamstring yeah life sucked. i stopped eating right for 30 days i ate everything i could get...
MONDAY-Legs (after warming up every set is 4-12 reps if i don't reach 12 reps that means i went to failure.)

-Leg extensions 4 sets
-Leg curls 4 sets
-Standing calf raises 5 sets

I'm glad training is going well for you! I'm on a 3 week break after surgery (2 more weeks after tomorrow!). Can't wait to get back to lifting. :) Have a great week!
