Oh gosh, I would do what I call old school aerobics at the age of 15. I had my first gym membership at 19 experienced a high and have been hooked since. I've tried to be disciplined. It's tough with working full time, going to school full time, taking care of a house, wiping butts. Recently I stopped working and made the decision to stay home, my kids are getting older and more manageable, time to kick it into high gear.
Why I Love It:
I get to the point(I'm not there right now) where I am doing so well that I feel so high about myself. I get the endorphans going and I just feed off of that, further more it overflows onto the rest of my life.
How I Stay Motivated:
It's tough. I was a trainer for about two years, so it's hard to know that you know what to do, but that you're just not doing it. I try to take small steps and small victories. I've lost 50lbs twice, after each kid, and that helps keep me on track. The fact that I've done it before lets me know that I can do it again, and do it better.
BB Accomplishments:
I have lost 50lbs twice. Worked as a personal trainer through 81/2months of pregnancy, and fought some pretty bad genetics to get where I am. I am still pretty far from my goal, but doing good considering where I started.
