Oh gosh, I would do what I call old school aerobics at the age of 15. I had my first gym membership at 19 experienced a high and have been hooked since. I've tried to be disciplined. It's tough with working full time, going to school full time, taking care of a house, wiping butts. Recently I stopped working and made the decision to stay home, my kids are getting older and more manageable, time to kick it into high gear.
Why I Love It:
I get to the point(I'm not there right now) where I am doing so well that I feel so high about myself. I get the endorphans going and I just feed off of that, further more it overflows onto the rest of my life.
How I Stay Motivated:
It's tough. I was a trainer for about two years, so it's hard to know that you know what to do, but that you're just not doing it. I try to take small steps and small victories. I've lost 50lbs twice, after each kid, and that helps keep me on track. The fact that I've done it before lets me know that I can do it again, and do it better.
BB Accomplishments:
I have lost 50lbs twice. Worked as a personal trainer through 81/2months of pregnancy, and fought some pretty bad genetics to get where I am. I am still pretty far from my goal, but doing good considering where I started.

If NO Xplode made you sick throughout the workout, then you might want to cut the recommended dosage of super pump in half. I say that because I didn't feel ANYTHING on the NO Xplode, but I felt jittery and pumped on the super pump. However, I don't believe it enhanced my workout at all. Plenty of sleep and a well-balanced diet made my most extreme workouts possible. If my diet was ever off or I was lacking in sleep, workouts weren't nearly as intense. GOOD LUCK!!!
Yeah, about the protein powders, once I'm done nursing after I have her, I'll probably just go back to my ON pro-complex. It's the best. The reason I asked about the natural is because I thought the dr. would say I could supplement with natural whey, but he doesn't want me to until I'm finished nursing.
Hi there! I was wondering, for post-baby purposes, how you like the taste of the NATURAL optimum nutrition products...? I used the Pro-Complex by ON for a long time, and I love it...but I was looking to try the natural when I get back to it. Do you like it?
Great Goal.... to drop one pants size. Now if it was to just drop your pants.... people might talk...lol No seriously, Best of luck on your goals! Always great to see people wanting to get fit!
