How I Started:
i was short and skinny and decided i needed to change. couldn't do anything about being short so i tried to get bigger. in the process i got into powerlifting...
Why I Love It:
staying fit, be able to do stuff when i get children and grandchildren...
How I Stay Motivated:
used to be "how strong can i get", now its "how young can i (try to) look".
BB Accomplishments:
none. but at 148lbs. - bench press: 365lbs(3x6), 405lbs max, squat: 405lbs(1x10), deadlift: 405lbs, military press: 225lbs(3x10). could also do "thomas flair" and "iron cross".

Goal (Long):
been lifting weights for about 26 years now and through powerlifting i attained a body that i WAS proud of. had my share of injuries, bouts with laziness and lack of motivation to know that isn't where i want to be, again. miss my strength and 6-pack and am on the road to my goals. need to stay focused and disciplined; 365lbs. bench for reps, 225lbs. military press for reps and 405lbs. squat for reps at 175lbs @ 5-8% bodyfat. this time i'm taking pictures!
