Goal (Long):
i have being working out for almost two years now and not seeing the gains i want....i have always known the importance of nutrition when trying to put on body mass..but until now i have not dedicated myself to eating properly..i have currently started a 12 week training program for mass..including a eating regin...my goal over this
12 week program is to put on 4kg of mass..which i think is a realistic goal..im currently weigh around 78-79kg..and would like to this up 2 82-83 kg..over the next six months i intend for my weight to be around 85kg..my optimum goal for the long term is to be at 90kg with a body fat percentage of around 10..i would like to achieve this with in 2 years.i want to achieve these goals for many different reasons as i find it would improve my self confidence and discipline,
i would look alot better and be alot stonger..people will respect me more and i would have a greater sex appeal.
yeah it should be good... 18months is damn solid. I started on Jan 08... or Feb.. can't remember. alot of work to do still! Id like to be 115kg... then tone up, drop my bf% to like 8% haha. what are you aiming for?
hah yeah.. not to many aussies here. training is ok man.. about to get a training partner, looking forward to that. so you have just started bbing? how are you liking it?
